All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Sizing issues
  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items — Full Refund or Replacement

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item — your choice.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What to Include

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will provide further instructions. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents
  • Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen settings
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day reporting period

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off (Legal Right)

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Contact: support@beaaccessories.com within 14 days to arrange your return.
  • Once received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

(This EU right applies notwithstanding the “All sales are final” policy above.)


Refund Timing (Defective/Incorrect Items or EU Cooling-Off Only)

Once we confirm eligibility and (if required) receive the return, refunds are issued within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
