How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders!

How long will it take to get my order?

Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link. You can use that link to track your package's journey in real-time.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Because our items are unique accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, incorrect purchases, sale items, or gift cards. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

We’ve got you covered! If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item—your choice.

How do I report a damaged or incorrect item?

Please email us at support@beaaccessories.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the item and packaging

Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once we confirm eligibility and/or receive the return, refunds are issued within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since our refund confirmation, please reach out to us.

I am ordering from the European Union (EU). What are my rights?

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Contact us at support@beaaccessories.com within 14 days to arrange this.
